During my tenure as the Design Lead for Managed Marketing Services, I oversaw a team of four marketing designers. Our primary focus was on crafting social media ad campaigns for Oddle's restaurant partners. By fostering team alignment and conducting regular sync-ups, I facilitated the development of a file management system capable of accommodating the needs of over 100 merchants who utilize this service. This encompassed aspects such as Folder Management, File Naming Conventions, Production Tools, and Design Evaluation.
